Centre for Cities wanted a VOIP phone system with wireless access running over a high capability broadband network allowing them to run voice and data over one network. They also wanted training for their users on the system to best maximise its capabilities.

Who are they?
Centre for Cities is an independent urban policy research unit. Set up in 2005, the Centre's main goal is to understand how and why economic growth and change takes place in Britain's cities, and to help cities improve their economic performance.

What did we do?
TwistedPair used their extensive knowledge of VoIP systems to install a network that allowed calls and data over on network. We also installed a wirelss access point enabling wireless communication, be that voice or data. Full training and support was given to the client to enable full use of the system.
